I bought a fresh house in October. The moment the current weather altered, the windows had but still have an extraordinarily wide range of condesation. Mr. Kropp with DR Horton found my house in November and stated that because of the color being fresh, that will trigger some condensation which it'd improve with time. After he looked over how serious it was he did create the remark that's was a bit more than regular and they might check it.
It's currently Feb 10 and also the issue has just remained exactly the same or gotten worse in certain areas. Window seals are actually molding. Our toilet wooden seal is startin to exhibit divorce due to the condensation being so excellent that it puddles within the left-side of the screen about 3" wide.
I put another client warranty criticism and Mr. Kropp chose to rescend on repairing my patio rails, my damaged toilet tile and just mentioned these issues combined with the screen condensation issue isn't protected under warranty. This informtion was handed in my experience with a customer support representative title Gayle because he couldn't contact me herself with this specific change of info. I did so request him to contact me about that because she'd nothing related to it.in my opinion she told him and that I am still waiting to listen to from him.
The maker of the windows is Common Metal. R u having this issue? Please let me know. I've images that I will email to anyon attempting to begin to see the issue... SUPPORT! DR Horton wont!
