I bought a D.R. Horton ome in December in Manchester, Al. I can't get D.R. Horton to back-up their guarantee. Most of the guarantee problems have now been exactly the same problems since I have shifted in to the new building home. I have spoken with a of my neighbors within the Cotswolds plus they appear to have related tales. D.R. Horton blames anything on the companies... Well, guess who employed them... Not me
A Few of The fix jobs I've been awaiting fix since January. I will provide details and images, but I'll NEVER purchase another D.R. Horton house. I really like the ground plan. I really like the place, but after they get your cash, in my own expereicne you'll not need follow-up. They will send you studies wondering about your expereince, but they don'y follow-up in it.
Overlook studies... Follow-up in your guarantee problems!
