We're a couple residing in a private neighborhood for 7 years now. Out-of no-where our electrical bill for that month of February was unbelievably large. I am talking about it trippled for no cause. We've had no change in lifestyle, devices or utilization of. We named to allow FPL understand their was a clash / error on our statement. They'd no supervisors accessible and mentioned easily experienced expenses averageing this woul dnot occur - (believe the things they ment was -you'd not capture people). Anyhow FPL did send a repetition. The Repetition went check at our 3bedroom house, no gasoline for 2-3 hours. FPL Repetition discovered nothing inappropriate based on the statement she left us. However the following day, we observed the exterior meter have been transformed. And so I named FPL back - FPL nevertheless declines that something was incorrect and need us to pay for the $500.00 bill when this time around this past year (the prior 5 years we looked on their documents) that it had been just $180.00. WTF - nothing like we are able to abandon them-and visit a rival. FPL is it. They make all of the guidelines. They state that our statement is proper and we cannot do something to combat even if FPL can't provide grounds. That's bull! I'm soooo upset with this particular organization. I've never missed a cost, and sometimes even been overdue on the payment in 15 years. FPL doesn't actually wish to examine it with me and develop an acceptable answer. WHy? Modify my meter if nothing was incorrect?
