I purchased bedrails for waterbed, mattress, heater, liner, all for just over $300.00 which wasn't to bad, so paid with credit card of course. Well after about a week of waiting I went to the web sight to check my order status. Seems my order did not exist at there sight. So I checked several times to make sure I was using the order number they gave me on the reciet I printyed out from them, and it was right, so after several days of trying this I placed call after call to them to find out what was going on with my order or if there was one and according to their web sight there was no order.
After about a week of calling leaving 4 messages to return calls, due to the fact that nobody ever answers the phone line and all you get is a recording that says the next avaible operator will be with you shortly, and of course after an hour it disconnects you, or shorter. I am sure this compand is a fraudlent company and doesn't do anything unless forced to do so.
Needless to say I have filed a complaint with my credit card company that they billed as soon as I placed my order. I have also notified several different agencies to investigate myrest.com. I would not accept anything from them now even if they shipped it. They are what gives internet shopping a bad name for sure and I learned my lesson.
