The people that work for Greentree are very rude and act like they can not be hit by the recession. I filed bankruptcy several years ago but I continued to pay my mortgage. I have been released from the bankruptcy.
Greentree has refused to send me a statement since June. I have been making monthly payments without being late. I tried to refinance my loan through my credit union but there is no record of my loan with any of the credit bureaus.
I tried to contact someone to help me straighten this out and all I was told is that as long as I make payments I will be allowed to stay in the house. Do I need to contact an attorney so that I can refinance and show that I have been a responsible citizen with the credit bureau? I need help.
