THOUGH I live in Hong Kong, but it seems I have no alternative but try to knock the door of the esteemed Samsung head office location in Korea/UK, I have been frustrated and stared with the nightmare since using your phone Samsung galaxy S2 and the service of your Hong Kong office. I want to know is there anybody can HELP, I still believe Samsung is a global company of goodwill, how come their customer service in Hong Kong may provide this kind of service towards the customer.

I bought my Samsung galaxy S2 from 3G Hong Kong since 16/Jun. On 14/Jul I found my phone got the following symptom:

1. After turn off the phone, the light of both back key and the menu key is still dim until the battery is taken away.

2. The wifi doesn't work and fail to share the wifi.

3. Fail to charge the battery until the battery is taken away and reinsert.

On 16/July, I took my phone to your customer service to repair, after 6 hours I was told by your CS staff that my phone is fixed and can be collected. When I took my phone back to home and started to reinstall the data lost during repair, I found all the above symptom not fixed yet, I took my phone to your CS again and ask why, your CS staff said the software is upgraded but the hardware not yet because of no spare part, because the PC board should be replaced. The PC board will be available around 29/July.

Today (29/July) I call your CS asking whether the hardware is available or not, I was told NOT YET.

On 17/July and 20/July I have sent 2 email to your customer service. I expect to have your answer why my brand new Samsung galaxy S2 just used less than one month, and the hardware is breakdown and have to be replaced. I think it doesn't make sense and I was even teased by my friend if I choose to use the Iphone, I would never have such problem.

I have made 2 telephone call to your CS at telephone 36984698 on both 28/July and 29/July, possibly my email not passed to your staff to follow up but drop into the dustbin, your CS staff said will call me back, but none of your staff call me at the end of the day.

I am quite disappointed, I wonder I am calling your customer service or calling your CNS (customer no service).

I expect to have your reply without further delay and arrange to have a replacement of my bug phone.
