Lawrence Kenney - Kenney Home Improvement, Accurate Builders
Smooth, intelligent talker, incompetant workers, flooded home, quit and then told insurance company we fired him

Mr. Kenney was capable of sounding extremely experienced and more than capable of performing the home improvement work to code in a workman like manner. As the supervisor however he never over saw any of the work on our home. His men removed our sheithing allowing the rain to flood the front and back walls.

Kenney showed up to quit and then lied to his insurance company saying we fired him. Toxic mold followed and we were unable to obtain homeowner's coverage for the remainder of the dwelling and subsequently lost our home of 15 years. The State of Massachusetts supervisor licensing board took no action against him noting our contract was for roofing work, which is excluded from their oversight.
