I did the latter. I filled out all the required screen forms and when I came to the end my order went straight through. With a decent company, when you come to the end, you get an overview of your order and you still can change things. Not so with this company.
Instead of being billed for $14.99 I was billed for no less than$65.99. They charged me here for every item. And... There wasn't a posiibility to change or delete anything. The order went through. "Thank you for your order" were their last words.
There was no "Contact Us". So I called 1-800-679-7108. From the mechanical options I chose 2: "status of my order". ThereI got (mechanically) the phone number of their Customer Service" 1-800-777-4034.
I called that number andspoke with a certain "Donald", to whom I explained, that I wanted to cancel my order. He couldn't find my order, neither by name, nor by phone number. He told me to call back tomorrow. (So that probably they would have sufficient time to charge my card.)
I asked him: please give me the email address of the company. His flabbergasting answer was: we don't have an email address. Sure they don't have an email address, where people could write them, complain to them in writing and cancel orders in writing. These are the tactics of a true scamming company.
The product may be good, but the company is a big fraud.
