Bought 5000.00 worth of blinds from this company. The mechanism on the roman blinds were faulty. Had to struggle to get this repaired. End bits fell off, blind fell down, etc. And after 2 years there were no more help from them. When an end bit on the bottom pole (the size of a penny) fell off the blind for the 5th. Timeand we could not find it they wanted 37.00 to send a new piece. There are I am sure less hyped and much better products out there.
Avoid for peace of mind!!!
