Lou Boni with L & K Construction is by far the biggest crook I have ever encountered. I have had the privelage of being involved with Lou Boni and have watched him first hand rip off every person he comes in contact with leaving a trail of financial destruction behind him.
He owes every employee who works for him money, he owes every contrator who works for him money, and if you are the owner of the project in question giving Louis Boni a check, you may as well burn your money, at least that way you wouldn't be giving it to a career criminal.

This man has made a lifelong career of stealing, cheating, lieing, and ruining peoples lives, the record speaks for itself. Do not believe a word he says, it is all lies.
Another thing, one of Lou's favorite things to do it write postdated checks, which of course bounce, to which he will write another post dated check. DO NOT GET INVOLVED WITH LOU BONI OR L&K CONSTRUCTION.
There is an open investigation into L&K Construction for what he has done. Lou Boni does not hold the GC license or any contracting license, the license is held by his "Partner" Ken Karaczewski. The GC license held by Ken Karaczewski is currently under investigation, has numerous pending complaints, and will soon be revoked, which will lead Lou Boni to find a new GC to use their license, and L & K Construction will ultimately fold and Lou Boni willbeginthe scamall over again under a new name, just like he did with Sla-Tur Construction, Weather Guard Construction, Alliance Contractor Services, etc., etc..

I have watched him ruin lives, steal money, and be blackballed from certain jurisdictions for his practices, and if you make a decision to get involved with himTHIS WILLHAPPEN TO YOU TOO.
