I ordered lanterns for a wedding on Nov. 8 from Susan Yi of Phaith Imports in Irvine, CA. She told us the lanterns we orderd were very large and were high quality. We gave her a credit card for payment.
She called back and said she did not have a terminal and she would invoice us so we could send a check or we could pay by PayPal. At that time, we were already out of town working on the wedding, so we told her we would send her a check when we received the invoice with the total.
When we received the lanterns, they were very small, bad quality, and were shipped in the wrong colors—colors we did not even order. The lanterns were so cheaply made, they would not even stay open.
When we called her and told her we wanted to send them back because we were not happy, she said "Fine." and we agreed to pay shipping costs. The next day she called us back again and said she would not let us return them and said we had to pay for them.
Ever since, she has constantly made harrassing phone calls to my company and to my client, who has absolutely nothing to do with this.
Then I learned that she had filed a report with the Usa Consumer Complaints.com against us when she is the one that ripped us off.
She completely misled us and sold us poor-quality product and will not let us return them to her. DO NOT buy anything from Phaith Imports or Susan Yi or you will be sorry.
She is very dishonest. Don't believe anything she says! Her business is a perfect example of a rip-off business.
