First of all don't let David tell you that this report is written by a competitor or disgruntled employee as he told me when I first read the complaints about his company. I wish I would have listened to my gut feeling. It would have saved me a lot of trouble.
When I first hired David from High Star he made promises that he did not keep. (I don't know his last name because he left it off every single page of the contract.
He told me that he was the project supervisor and that he would be at my house at every step of the remodeling. The only time he showed up was to collect a check.
He charged me for Caesar Stone and gave me Quartz stone which was $250.00 less a slab. He charged me for under the counter (rope) LED lights which are several hundred dollars and gave me $30.00 lights. He claimed that prior to my asking for LED lights he didn't know what LED lights were. He is either a very dumb contractor or he absolutely does not know the meaning of telling the truth. Maybe both!
On his first visit to get the job he will show you many many pictures of his wife and kids (like that will make you think he's such a nice guy) trust me, he is not.
