I found vivedecor.com while shopping for a classic flame zen firebox. I did a google search and they popped up toward the top of the page and had the lowest price and free shipping. I went ahead and ordered from vivedecor.com and received an imemediate confirmation back confirming my order with the correct item I ordered and the my address and all of my information. This helps customers like me make sure that everything is correct and my fireplace is shipping to the right place. THen later in the day i got another confirmation stating my order was shipped. It gave me a tracking number and how it shipped with the carrier and even a link how to track my order. I love VIVEDECOR.com they deserve 5 stars.
