A man who was doing the labor on my house sub-contracted Randall D Leever at Boulder Stained Glass Studios to cut the windows in Frosted Glass. When he received clear glass, Mr Leever, who had taken the check of $112.49 that I had written for the man to give him, he refused to return the money when the man told him that this was unacceptable. The man told him that he had asked for frosted glass. He had never questioned the man regarding what he meant by frosted glass. First Leever told the repair man that he not made such a request. When the man gave him proof that he had made this request, Leever feigned ignorance and mocked the mans South African accent. He told the repair man that he could sandblast the glass but the man told me that this lowered the quality of the glass. I called Leever to discuss the matter and he began shouting at me, so I hung up.
