In june I hired Retrofoam of Florida to add sprayin insulation to my home. They visited me twice at my home to tell me how great their product is and how much money I will save. At least $100.00 a month
First of all when they started they tore my siding up all around my home as they injected the foam, after a few days they finished the foam job and had to hire a contractor to fix my siding which took a couple weeks and $1,896.00. Retrofoam did not want to pay him in a timely manner so he told me he was putting a lien on my property so i paid him.
I subtracted this money from the $5100.00 that I owed. Then they had to paint my home which took a few more days. My main complaint is I have recieved no savings, In the months since the job my kilw. Usage is more than the same months last year. I have contacted them at least two dozen times since and they will not even return my calls.
I sent them copies of my elec. Bills, no response. I had to take out a loan for this and cannot afford the payment along with the still high utility bill. The savings was to make my payment, please help me resolve this problem.
