I rented a home from RE Rental Properties a little over a year ago, and during the time I lived there I had nothing but problems in the home.
Literally everything fell apart due to the shoddy construction and poor quality appliances. My toilets both would not work properly, I would lose hot water constantly during winter. My front lawn flooded and I was left without any running water for a week. There was also a major cockroach and mouse problem at the home as well which they neglected to in form me about. They promised to send an exterminator but they never came.
The home manager Deborah Hodge who answers the phone is the rudest person you will ever meet. Its not uncommon to just be hung up on by her when you request someone to come by and fix something at your home.
When I finally had enough and wanted to move out, instead of refunding my security deposit they tried telling me I never sent a termination letter in prior to my ending and tried to renew me for another term. They also listed several charges which are ridiculous threatening me with legal action if I did not pay.
These people are terrible DO NOT stay at any of their properties they are unsafe and full of cockroaches. They will also try and steal money from you after you move out, and if you tell them you will take them to court to recover what is owed, they try and scare you saying its in the lease they will sue for any attorneys fees in court.
