I have never seen such poor service, lack of care and downright bad business practices as I have seen from Coastside Services, Coastside Spas and the owner Charles East. My story with these crooks goes back so far that I don't even know where to begin talking about how I got screwed by Coastside Services, but I don't want my terrible experience to happen to anybody else. I wish I would've done more research about Coastside Services / Coastside Spas and their crooked owner Charles East before using this company to service my hot tub, I would've seen that this guy (Charles East) has already screwed over dozens of other innocent customers but I must say that my story still takes the cake.
I found Coastside Services by typing in "Half Moon Bay Hot Tub Service" into Google, and a webpage titled "Coastside Spas" came up. I needed them to fix a small leak in my hot tub.
