Salesperson selling the Advanage cleaner would NOT take no for an answer. So I bought a bottle. I cancelled the sale as stated on the receipt and mailed via USPS priority mail and have proof of delivery that I cancelled sale and stopped payment on check informed them the product was available for pick up at the location it was sold at. T and B says I have to pay the money to have product shipped to them since their traveling carnival has already left the state. When I refuse they tell me they will send my check to collections (not part of the terms of sale stated on receipt). I have filed a complaint with the BBB, FTC and the Georgia Office of Consumer Affairs. I shipped the colored water back to them today via USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation with a demand for my original check back along with $14.50 for the shipping charge. I will let you know what happens. I am not holding out for much hope after reading all the other complaints about this company and their lack of customer service. I would love to be proved wrong here!
