Jpg Enterprise Repairs need to be done and now we have chinese drywall

We are unable to get in touch with our builder. Our masterbathroom tile is cracked.By our front door the tile is cracked. Our ceiling is cracked and they did a bad touchup job. Our microwave died. And we have chinese drywall. We need help
