From my first exploratory phone call, to your customer Service Dept. Speaking with Kim, who throughly knew the "In & Outs" of the "First-Frame BLACK" issue, of the K-M 7D, I knew I had made the right call, and immediately sent my camera in. Within a few days I got a confirmatio email my camera arrived and was being repaired promptly. A short while later I was notified (by Wendy) repairs were completed, and it was on it's way back to me. It arrived safely and is functioning like is was NEW!
