April 16 we signed a contract with James Carrillo DBA Veterans Service Company to repair our roof. The contract was for $650 and we paid him $350 in advance. It is now June 27 and Mr Carrillo has neither done the repairs nor contacted us despite repeated attempts to contact him. We left messages with his parents and his son he refuses to call us back or come by.
