ATC Transport a/k/a Transportes Carrillo stole money from us. Octavio Carrillo Alvarez, Carlos A. Golarte and Robert Rodriguez are crooks. We are a trucking company that was hired by ATC Transport to run a load. We ran the load to the approval of everyone involved. ATC Transport was paid for the load but has not paid us.
After doing our homework, we have found out that this is standard operating procedure for ATC Transport and Transportes Carrillo. Over 30 other trucking companies have ran loads for ATC Transportation and have not been paid by ATC Transport.in each case, ATC Transportation did receive payment for the loads that were ran but has not paid anyone.
We have spoken with the Webb County District Attorney's office in Texas and they tell us that they have received multiple complaints for the same offenses for ATC Transport.
ATC Transport are criminals they go online and find out who needs a freight load carried, then they hire a subcontractor to run the load. Then they get paid for the load and keep the money.
Carlos A. Golarte is a liar, Robert Rodriguez thinks he is a tough guy he fancies himself a Gangster and Octavio Carrillo Alvarez hides like a little girl.
