Mike Mitchell Shasta Pools has POOR customoer service, just wants to SELL you MORE

Shasta Pools blame the customer for there faulty work. I have a 2.5 year old pool that has been a constant up hill battle... Though we have done ALL that Shasta has required, keeping a constant PH at 7.2-7.6 we are told a different story every time, to the point it makes my head spin. We use the chemical kit (not strips) to test the pool, although one of the retired VP's at one point said to use the strips... We have the water tested at Leslies Pool, and generally tests perfect... We have a copy of the the report as well. There is so much staining going on, and PH is difficult to keep perfect. We have to test our pool every other day 6 months of the year, add considerable acid while pool pump is running at night, we have automatic clorinator, clean filters to the pool pump every 3 months, and more often if there are considerable dust storms in the summer.
It is actually turning out to be ROCKET SCIENCE at this point. The finish was replaced the first year, they blamed it on "CRYSTAL CRETE, it didn't CURE". OH but first, they tried to put the blame on us, performed a low PH with acid for a week then drained the pool, hosed it down, filled it up. Problem now was that the pool was so porous that it turned dark in a week... Pool was a mess! So they spent a week with a crew & jack hammers digging it all out, refinished, washed it down, filled it up, and it looked GREAT! We were so happy. Until a month later, stains were being revealed, trowel marks, drip marks, even foot prints (shoes)... So we called everyone to see what we could do. Water tested normal, we were doing everything correct.
TODAY, Mike Mitchell came to look at the pool and as usual, wants to sell me an acid wash for $250-$300 bucks, and a sand system ($1200) back wash deal so I can back wash the pool a few times a week to keep the hardness levels down and calcium down. HUH??? If this is the case, why didn't they just tell us this the last time they put all the new finish in? Why didn't they tell us the problems would just re-occur for the life of the pool? To add insult to injury, I started getting out all of my notes from the hundreds of calls that we have made to Shasta for information regarding any chemical imbalance, etc. And HOW TO correct, and the answers are consistant. But you get Mike down here, and he just starts talkig circles around this. "Sometimes the ph needs to come down to 6.0" And I should now be maintaining at least a 7.0. But wait. The last Spervisor told us that pool owners keep there pool lvels to LOW, causing acid to eat the pool finish, and it should be at 7.6. Oh but wait, the pool MANUEL says 7.2-7.4 Hello??? Is it just me? I asked Mike to leave... I didn't want to make another PURCHASE. I asked him to leave when he out right said to me "Well Roxy, you think it's OUR fault?" and by the way he got SUPER offended when I used the word "s*^t".

There is no resolve for this, so I am going over to Leslie's Pool Supply store today and see if they can assist, as they have always done so in the past. Oh one more thing, I am using the wrong ACID? Myuratic acid is the wrong acid... Huh?

Anyone want to help me out here?

Thanks for listening.
