My husband & I purchased an inground swimming pool from Doctor Feelgoodes about 4 years ago. From the very beginning of installation, we had nothing but trouble. After sinking trucks in my yard, additional purchase of stone because of the sinking truck, ruining my yard (and Doctor Feelgoodes not fixing it), delayed installation & added cost, & wrong size liner, we finally got our pool. The next 2 years, we had to call Doctor Feelgoodes each year, numerous times, because the liner was pulling away from the side. Like I said, it took numerous phone calls & leaving messages. After a couple of weeks of calls, they finally came out to my house to fix the liner.
Now, this if the 4th year, & the salt chlorinator is not working. I have been calling Doctor Feelgoodes for about 2 weeks now. I did get one phone call back, only for him to say that he is not familar with the salt chlorinator & he transferred me to someone that knew about them. Needless to say, I had to leave a message on a machine. After 3 days from not hearing back from them, I called again yesterday & left another message. Meantime, I am spending a lot of money on chemicals to keep the water from not turning green.
So, my complaint is, after good customer service during a sale, why can't Doctor Feelgoodes continue with the good customer service???
