Jimmy B hooks Stole $1,800 deposit. Weekly Harassment, Had to sue. Didn't pay judgement |

James B Hooks was an absolute nightmare.

From day one of renting his house for $2,150 he:

-broke the lease repeatedly

-Sprayed illegal chemical all over personal property. We had to report him to the state of South Carolina who fined Mr Hooks $1,500 for his illegal and harmful actions.

-harassed us weekly through drunken phone calls late at night (voicemails to prove such)

-tried on 3 separate occasions to increase the lease because he claimed his house was going to be given back to the bank

-Later found out that he does this regularly and previous tenants sued for harassment. (these were 19 year old girls by the way... Shame)

-I sued Mr. Hooks and won. He has yet to pay the judgment against him.

-Raving alcoholic.

DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS MAN! He sells insurance (scary) and has multiple houses. Stay away!
