Jerry Delgiudice is a professional thief who claims to run a multi-million dollar construction company called Matrix USA. He currently is running a dirt bag motel in Orlando Florida called Omni Suites Inn on Orange Blossem Trail. He is being chased by his bank, the Florida Department of Revenue and others. Is known to make bold claims about his business when in fact he is essentially bankrupt and steals from the next unwilling victim.
He claimed to be a kitchen cabinet dealer, took my money and never delivered anything. He claims to be an ex-marine, but in reality he is just an ex-con.
He attempted to involve me in real estate fraud, whereas he asked me to notarize some real estate deeds/conveyances that had been back dated in order to avoid a foreclosure.
