Probably the most fail encounter I've by having an online purchase...

I still haven't had the opportunity to get my purchase for 22 times by nowadays April-13 and terrible customer support provided by David Impaired.

I put an order with David shades on April 22 for (1) only "one" shutter which was roughly 24x35 (nearly perhaps smaller). I Thought I'd obtain my Shades within 5-7days. Following a week of them not coming, talked on IM having a David Shades consultant on March 30 to check on the standing of my purchase she explained she'd to get hold of the maker. I conveyed towards the consultant easily didn’t notice an answer by 3pm I'd prefer to stop my purchase. Deep-down I'm anticipating a band since I didn’t need the trouble of purchasing this product again. I called them again that night to verify a standing and that I was informed it'd be about another week.

I gave them 8 times and contact the organization on Saturday April 8th to check on the standing of the purchase and that I was informed client was shut was aimed for their voicemail where I quit a note and my mobile number. At this time I really could not delay, therefore quickly May 9th at 8A.M. Main time I called them-and was informed my purchase wouldn't be delivered before 19th just because a shutter requires a bit longer to be produced. At that time I told them I needed to stop my purchase. I had been informed he'd allow the producer understand and that I could be contact. I'd made a decision to buy another impaired in the regional Lowes to and facilitate the delivery since I've visitor arriving. I chose to ring David Shades on May 13th to confirm the cancelation of the purchase and was informed they might not stop it since the producer promises the substance had been cut. And so I requested when was it cut and was it created. The boss Alexander replied it had been previously created. I had been so disappointed I finished talking with another boss Kal who stated they've no control of the cargo of the merchandise. IT-THIS WASN'T COMMUNICTATE ON THE WEBSITE OR DURING THE TIME OF PURCHASE. Easily was aware this one could have a month to be made and delivered i'd have purchased shades.

kal's response was “what would you like me to complete about that". David has his name behind an item he doesn't have control over. I'm so so so pissed off now. I've visitor arriving no idea how to proceed. Finished concerning the issue using the delivery may be the shades were about $150 from the period they include the delivery charge it had been another $100. THERE IS NO DISCOUNT IT'S ONLY A RIP-OFF.

I've 10 windows i'd planned on incorporating shades to simply wanted to check the internet purchase for the product and that i feel just like i've been scammed.
