J.C. Penney {Brea Mall Shop) Interior Decorating Dept. Our criticism is the fact that we've been waiting 5 weeks to possess Shades installed. Because whenever we posted our purchase the starting we were informed by the designer she'd sent to possess our shades re-calculated from the shutter organization. They re and arrived -. We were informed by the designer she let's understand the outcomes and would return to us. Per month passed and didn't get a telephone call in the designer (Diane Adams). I subsequently created a telephone call towards the shop and was informed she was on leave. A telephone call is never from her I had been the one which needed to create telephone calls towards the shop in order to understand what improvement had been completed with our purchase. She mentioned she'd purchase our shades while she ultimately delivered our phone. I had been the main one to help make the telephone calls to determine how our purchase progressed. I believe it had been her obligation to obtain touching us to let's understand when our shades could be prepared. I'll never again store at your shop for indoor decorating. I believed at your shop by buying you'd of decorating but I notice now things have altered a great work. The main reason I went together with your shop a long time previously was they did a great work of decorating.
