Jim walters my house is sinking into the ground, and the entire structue is twisting & out of plumb

I purchased my home in April of and I'm the 3rd home owner of this property. Throughtout the year, we've notice sever issues pertaining to the structure and integrity of the property. As of late, we noticed that the poured concrete floating slab in the basement is severely cracked, and the cracks run about 20 to 30 feet in all directions stemming out from their origination point in the center of the basement floor. The foundation and flooring seems to have dropped several inches the father you go out from the center of the house. These cracks are severe and about a 1/4 inch wide. I had a mason look at the cracks to patch them up on my own, and he said that this is a major builder defect and that the entire basement had to ripped out and repoured. There aren't any bandaides for this sort of problem.

In the basement, you can also see the main support cross beams are twisting and bowing out from the center out. Its starting to look like an upside down "U". Its seems as if the stair case is holding up the entire house.

Another issue, is the waste pipe was never installed correctly, and we get major leakage back into the home. Where the waste pipe and the wall meet there is a blackish brown liquid, (looks like fesis) comes dripping back into our house right above the sub pump. A plumber looked at this and said that it was never installed correctly, and the dirt would have to be pulled away from the front of the house so that they could correctly seal of the pipe where it meets the house.

This brings us to the actual house, and as you enter into our home, you will immediately notice that the hallway is leaning and totally out of plum. The ceiling is sinking, and the walls are leaning. Not to mention if you put a ball down on my floors anywhere in the house, you will notice that the ball rolls from left to right. Not one place in my entire house is level. Now i'm in no way a perfectionist, and i realize that homes do settle over time, but not like this. The header over our front door is bowed out about 4 to 5 inches, and it looks like its gona give way. The garage floor is cracking as well, and the tape they use in the corners of the walls before they paint is totall twisted. You can visible see how the walls have sunk several inches in some places, and not in others. The drive way sunk 6 inches in some places, and created flooding problems in the front of my home. Our sidewalk is cracked and upheaving, the masonary work on the steps is falling apart and cracking off. The Porch 4x8 beams the go from the base of the porch to the roof are no longer touching the roof. I don't even know whats holding them up.

The worse part about all of this, is my home is covered under the home warranty, and I unkowingly contacted the builder "WALTERS HOMES" to come out to the house and take a look. Greg came out here and basically played everything off, and he even had the "you know what" to tell me that these problems are expecting and that they are builder defects and framing defects, but that the original owner did the final walk through and didn't make any complaints about these issues. First of all, how am i supposed to know that, and is this how a major company honestly handles a complaint. I have 4 kids living in this house, and after talking to professionals, i might be lucky if thehouse is standing in several years. I need help going after this company, so that i can protect my family.
