Incredibly Nice person upon first meeting. He can gain your trust with his supposed and adverrtised Christian and family values.
Now his work and ability to stand behind his craftsmanship is ABSOLUTELY worthy of being what was referred to as another counter and tub refinisher as "CHEAP" and this was the quote of another vendor who I had to seek as a potential company to resolve Johnnys lousy work. He failed to show up at TWO scheduled Appointments w/o notification as well as WILL NOT return calls or emails.
He has at least 10 different websites which I realize now are probably used as a "Shell Game" in order to keep people gusessing as to the name he is operating under.
His advertising is quite frankly FRAUD; defined by:
intentional deception resulting in injury to another person
imposter: a person who makes deceitful pretenses
something intended to deceive; deliberate trickery intended to gain an advantage
"INTENTIONAL DECEPTION" he received a great deal of money as a result of his website promotions including to return calls, refund unsatisfactory work and since our home he worked on is for sale it is harming us as his failed work refleects poorly when our home is viewed
IMPOSTER: Again his charming personality and assurances the end job will be very ssatisfactory and show well... As well as advertising regarding a person will not owe a dime if unsatisfied, plus he does not return calls, ect
Deceive, Trickery, I believe is multiple websites help him gain an advantage by his not standing behind just one business name and he must accomplish the multiple names to keep people less informed of consumer complaints. And there are a number of them on various other websites
I even offered to pay him again to come out and fix the areas that are in need of being redone. Otherwise I will be out addional thousands not to count the time to get another vendor. He still refused to even discuss this and merely referred me to his warranty on his website; which by the way is not on his website and when I asked for it he did not return my inquiry. Oh yeh and he states in his advertising that the warranty is 10 years and transferable... Not if you do not get a copy of it Johnny...
If anyone is interested in joining me to attempt any legal precedings or other legal recourse to prevent Johnny from harng others I welcome it as well as will front any resonable costs. I just want more supporting examples of folks who were treated similar to me and others who have filed complaints.
