Never do business with this person! She is a complete con artist!
Back in September of I received an offer of a consignment deal to sell fiber arts related items through Pam's online store. To make a long story short, several months after sending her items (which she neglected to ever actually list online), I requested the return of my merchandise. Multiple requests were either ignored, or I was assured that the items would be sent "tomorrow" or "Saturday". I sent 43 emails over this time period to try to retrieve my items, which seem to have been "lost". It took more than a year, and threats of litigation and police involvement to finally get a partial payment.
Turns out, I was not the only one. I know of over 20 other fiber artists who have been taken advantage of by Pam Mann. Many have received nasty and abusive emails in response to polite inquiries (as I did). She is in clear violation of the contract that she herself came up with.
Watch out! I am positive that since the website now seems to be out of commission, it's just a matter of time before Pam turns up again, doing business under a new name, looking for more small business owners to rip off!
I would love to sign my name to this, but Pam has already started publicly badmouthing the artists who are requesting the return of their items/payment for the merchandise online.
