Mr. Mann did not honor the warranty on a new house I bought from him on 03/04/04. Mr. Mann promised to fix several things in my home but no avail! I also found out that Mr. Mann has put used parts in my new home after I looked around after I moved In.
I reported to Mr. Mann that my air condition unit was not working properly like it should He then sent two air condition men to look at the unit but they were unable to fix the problem my the unit was not cooling my house the way it should.
Mr. Mann refused to return my phone calls this was in the summer time I contacted Mr. Mann over a period of three months after I moved In I have exhausted everything to try to resolve this problem with Mr. Mann because he was trying to defraud me out of my money I gave to him Mr. Mann was not going to do anything to help resolve my problem or fix anything in my new house.
Mr. Mann filed a false police report claming That I was harassing him making false statements that I threatened his life, Mr. Mann threatened My life In which caused me to file a complaint against Mr. Mann for threats Mr. Mann never did receive anything rude or threatening for me! This was a bold face lie to try to get out from paying anything from under the warranty.
Mr. Mann as defamated my character & lied to his lawyer about me & several businesses that he as taken out a restraining order out against me which I have verified by the courts that he as not file a restraining order against me!
This problem as been going on sense 08/04 this problem remains unresolved I have been taken advantage by people In the past but I have never but I am taken a stand for my rights against people like Mr. Mann who as wronged me & taken advantage of me! & who as lied about me! I am fighting back I have taken enough abuse from Mr. Mann & I will take no more Mr. Mann lied about me to his lawyer falsely accusing me of threats & harassing his family this is a bold face lie!
If I knew this Is how Mr. Mann does business I would have never have had bought a house from him In the first place there Is no telling how many people he has attacked like how he has attacked me verbally abused me! This Is not a good person If this Is how he treats single women like garbage which Is how Mr. Mann has treated me like scum & garbage & I am fighting back against abusive men like Mr. Mann.
My rights have been violated & I will file a civil suit against Mr. Mann for defamation & damages against Mr. Mann, this Is a word to Mr. Mann you or your wife are not running me out of town! I am not selling my house I will not be bullied or abused by you any longer I have zero tolerance you think you have made my life miserable I will fight for my rights against your evil doings & how you have wronged me you hate women to have anything your false complaint about me did not work I will not move nothing you do or say will not make me move from my house I will expose your fraudulent business practice & how you have treated me after getting my new house you know what you have done your evil ways will not work I will not put up with your lies or abuse any longer & from how you have wronged me & taken advantage of me.
If I knew this was how you conducting business I would have never bought anything from you I am not afraid of you I will fight for my rights! From which you have taken your a liar! & a con artist. That Is the kind of world we live In today every business trying to take advantage of each & every person & then businesses lie about people, time for people to fight back against unfair, fraudulent, business practice If this Is the way you treat people I would have never purchased anything from you!
