I have been spending an annual charge of around $125 (it rises year-to-year) to Slomins to get a maintenance agreement about the main AC program that I bought from their store about 8 years back. I had been inspired to "register" from the sales person who assured me (verbally) that in so doing, I'd be "guarded" in case that there is actually an issue using the program—that Slomins might deliver somebody out-right away to repair it to get a decreased work charge with no cost for components. He appeared as an honest guy, and so I've been spending the yearly charge each year for 8 years.
