Merchandise Direct Did not provide product to me after payment was received

Mailed the Handy Drier company a check for the sum of $22.90 on 12/11/09. Check cleared the bank on 01/09/10.

After one month still did not receive product. Called company and talked to one of their representatives, was told I should be receiving the product shortly. Called again February 11th and was told that the product was back ordered and I will be receiving it on the 18th of February.in early March I talked to someone again and they told me the product was back ordered again.

On March 30th I received a letter from the company saying, QUOTE " We have completely exhausted our supply of merchandise and will not be able to fulfill your order. Please be assured you have not been charged for any merchandise we have not shipped". (mind you of the check clearing the bank in January).

I attemped to call their customer service number but the line was busy for 3 hours. I attemped to go to their website but it shows that it is unavailable.

I checked with my bank and the payment I sent them has not been redeposited to my account.
