We recently purchased a furniture suite including an HDTV from rooms to go. We paid an extra 625.00 to upgrade to the promised 2010 Samsung Ultr-Slim HDTV w / black tie protection. When delivery came, the TV was an older Plasma, not the advertised & promised Ultra-Slim Model. I immediately called RTG & was instructed to call best buy. After several talks with Best Buy customer service, they finally told me that they have no such arrangement for Ultra-Slim TV's with Rooms To Go. I brought their attention to the add online, & they told me it was Rooms to Go's fault for an incorrect advertisement, which has been ion flyers, tv & radio adds & promotional materials in their stores for several months now. After calling back Rooms To Go, I just get the run around & no answers.
Most people don't even know that they are likely being ripped off.
