Green mountain energy is my electric service co.-oncor is their supplier.

For your past a few months i've been communicating with both these organizations.

It's now common knowledge there are issues with their meter parts (this problem hasbeen tackle around the local news), but nonetheless i can't obtain any resolution to my crazy bills. About the greatest costs month (january '10) no body was house throughout the week-only on weekends. The bill was 3 times greater than prior expenses!

They keep saying the increase was because of the coldweather!!???!! No one was house!

We've had the landlord out to check on everything and all applicances, hot water heater, etc. Come in good working order. Grn. Mtn. Relates me to oncor

And oncor was to include an additional charge ahead out and reread the meter and declare that the one thing they could do is pass the meter parts! And, no, the extra charges won't be returned even when the error is theirs. Though i really could not obtain a quality or response from anyone for yesteryear 2 weeks, they'll not really address the last weeks!!! Despite all my calls through that time period!
