Here is the message I sent to Conn's Appliance customer service. If it's in the name, it must be true (Con's)
Your sales people are liars and will say anything to shove appliances out the door. You owe me two rebates for delivery and today I recieve a letter of denial?!! Never, ever again will I do business with your company and I am posting on usacomplaints.com for your gross customer service skills and blantant disregard for your customers. I'm done and will tell everyone else in my construction industry to avoid the CONNS job at all costs using your retail centers. You guys really are con's. Not only that, you deliver me a dented fridge to boot!
Yep thats right, I was promised nearly $100.00 back on my delivery service. Guess Lowes and Home Depot is the way to go. They do not charge usurious delivery charges on high ticket items. Plus they give me 10% discount for being a disabled vet.
