Ought a side skimmer for our pool. Cashier took items out of box, a part was not put back in! We live 35min from store. Called... Waited, spoke to three people... No one could find missing item... Said we must have lost it ourselves! Finally when I asked to speak to a manager, never found him, they said they would open another one and give us the missing item! They were extremely busy at the time we shopped there and it was a very unpleasant experience. Especially when I called to ask about my part, they were a little snotty instead of apologetic about their screw up!!! Now we will drive the hour to a different pool supply store to avoid these hassles again!!!
