We've a Richmond American House constructed from November. It's 3yr 3mo old and Richmond American (RAH) could not care less about customer support. We've a high kitchen cupboard that retains our stove and stove that's tugging from the wall. Since the cupboard is tugging from the wall itis also tugging our marble counters with it.
A representative from RAH arrived today to check out the units and stated "oh, it is a company problem - you will have to get hold of Aristokraft to repair that". I simply named Aristokraft and also the woman in customer support explained I'd togo through the approved seller to publish a state. Am I silly or what - is not RAH the approved vendor? I declare - I'll never by another house from their website. When you sign the name - you never observe them again!
