I had been in contract with Immediate Energy Energy supplier for my region beginning Nov this past year 09 according to the contract these were suppose to inform ME-1 payment period or thirty days prior to the agreement ends They never informed me as well as charged me the price that will be 15 Pennies per KWH for December and Jan 2 billing cycles market price is 9 to 11 Pennies avg in the region actually for clients who're not on long haul agreements There's no term within the agreement that'll approve immediate power to cost the Prices despite the fact that agreement ends I did'nt experience reasonable when organization isn't taking their error of not informing me and utilizing the agreement prices which in my experience isn't functional by them because it is terminated. Do I've a floor to combat for that differential price I had been compelled to paid that will be around 350USD Please guidance
