Power Windows and Exterior was observed soliticing on our propoerty, a self-maintained residence complex. Power Windows was named on many events from me, the Preservation Manager and in the Leader. On a single occation I talked with Kelly at Energy Windows and described that soliticing isn't permitted of course if they need the Board to examine their item, they'd need to publish a Ct. License, Insurance Certification along with a test of the item, Kelly decided. Your demands to Energy Windows were disrespectfully overlooked. Replacement-windows and patio doors were mounted in a device behind our back. The system operator was informed that Energy Windows had the Panels acceptance, a rest. Power Windows didn't have agreement to complete the installation. The system operator was lied to. Bi-regulations specificly suggest that authorized windows and gates should fulfill collection requirements of Glen Oaks Condos, that are new building windows and patio sliders with built-in T-route. Cause being that it's the very best installion for climate effectiveness and water loss. Exterior should be eliminated and also the installment bill covered with water and snow guard. We're annoyed with Energy Windows sly installation and obvious disrespect to the towns regulations. The windows is likely to be eliminated and new development windows is likely to be mounted to protect the integity our building. Authorized activity is likely to be obtained if payment isn't designed to us at Glen Oaks Condos. I have created many calls to Energy Windows to go over this problem, but haven't been called back.
