I joined the design house to become welcomed from the sales person. We viewed floorplans. I came across one I preferred, I told him I'd be really thinking about this floorplan. I'd previously observed the interior at another community. Asked he approached me within the next day or two, you realize only a follow-up perhaps speak funding or notice easily created a decesion. I never received any type of contact in the sales rep, not really a email. I imagine the rep. Thought I couldnt get or get authorized to get a mortgage. Well I wound up purchasing a all-brick house with another contractor, and had no issues obtaining approved. I was only somewhat surprised that I never obtained a follow-up phone in the repetition.
