Purchased 2 rocker/recliners from the Room Store. Less than 30 days after purchase, the chairs started breaking down. Called customer service and they sent some "scraggley third party repair man" out to look at chairs. He said we'll just put some more foam in it and started to tear the chair apart. That just tells one how bad the workmanship truely is. When I started to question him about what he was doing he packed up his stuff and left. Contacted The Room Store were purchased I told them I wanted a refund, they said we have a 72hr. Love or return it policy. That was the first that I heard of that. Now they say that I refused repairs and there is nothing that can be done. Watch out The Room Store's warrenty IS NOT WORTH THE PAPER IT IS WRITTEN ON. They will misrepresent their product to to get the sale. Buyer beware.
