No where is there a saying u have only 30 days to return parts first they sent me the wrong parts for the door then my attorney whom i work for came back in town parts were wrongthey said i was stuck with them when i called they said i was stuck even though they sent wrong parts do not buy go directly to www.geniedoorcompany.com they will not rip u off and u are stuck with parts u cannot use
