I submitted my order for a beaded curtain on November 1 and they charged my card the same day ($57.49 total, 48.99 for merchandise and 8.50 for shipping) and sent me an email receipt. Shipping was UPS Ground and as of November 18, I still have not received my order and there is no response to my electronic or phone messages.
Wish I would have checked here before ordering because there is already a complaint. I am interested in what I can do to get my money back or at least make sure justice is served against the operator of this business.
