This contractor had me install a wooden handrail onto a steel balustrade in his friends house at 4827 Azucena in Woodland Hills. He was so impressed with my work that he suggested I help him on another job on Victory Blvd. Trouble is, he never returned to pay me as promised. He refused to answer his phone, despite multiple calls. I have had communications with at least (3) other people he has cheated. He posts regularly on craigslist, usually as "Chris" with these phone numbers: 310 998 7952,310 415 1595,206 369 6380 & has other email addresses as well.
