Beware to ALL. This company will rip you off. They use to be PCC Pools and Spas in Murrieta and Temecula, but now changed their name to Innovative Pool Concepts. They ripped many of their customers by taking money for pool jobs and not completing work. The work was terrible and if you confronted them about your dissatisfaction, then they could care less and would abandoned the job site. The owners, Kenny Peardon Sr and his son, Kenny Peardon Jr., and their sales representative, Carrie Milburn, were on a mission to have numerous jobsites and take money. Now they are being sued in court and neither one of them have shown up to the appearances.instead they have chosen to run like cowards and thieves. They scam people and they are cold and calculating.
Stay away from them! Do not be fooled by their representative, Carrie Milburn, who makes false promises and is very good at writing up vague contracts! She is a liar... Our story is the same as several other unfortunate home owners that only wanted a pool constructed without being ripped off. Cari Milburn is the representative that came to our house in August and wrote up a contract. She said many things to get us to sign and go with the company. During the entire construction of our pool, both father and son team (Kenneth Peardon Sr and Kenneth Peardon Jr) did not oversee the project and failed to build the pool spa at the height requested. They tried to lie their way out of it and made excuses that is was the owner's fault for not saying something sooner while the gunite was being placed. They refused to give money back to us for hat they failed to build.
The pool had already been plumbed and steeled at the height they put it at and how was the owner to know that it was not built correctly, when she was not a pool expert. The bar stools were put in and they were different heights and leaning sideways. Everything was going very wrong. The pool company was not showing up as they should have and both son and father were so rude and tried to intimate us, which did not work, It only made things worse. The pool company was far behind schedule and even then demanded their money for work not done... Not to mention the work was very bad, so we had no choice but to fire them in November. So much money was given to them and they did not even hook up the pool equipment or fix any of the issues. We finally hired a different pool company to fix all the problems they created and finish the job right, which cost us thousands of dollars.
We have had several people contact us, including neighbors that used the company re: the problems they encountered with them as well. We have checked out the business addresses they claimed to be located, but they are bogus. The company has not existed at any of the addresses. We called the number where they supposedly are located and that happens to be Cari Milburns cell phone and she claims she quit. She too is a liar and could care less. All they do is change their address so they cannot be found. All we know is that both Kenneth Peardon Sr. And Jr. Built a brand new house in Fallbrook, CA and probably used their customers money. It is sad that they can be allowed to have a license to construct anything. Our system need to be better to prevent more people from being victims.
