Diane dahlin with heber overgaard coldwell banker is a true rip off realtor that does not and will not have your best interest in mind in any way shape or form! Stay far away! After she screwed my wife and i by not presenting all offers in a timely manner we were not able to purchase our dream cabin!!! If you are selling all she will do is list your property and stick it on mls, she is a mass lister and that is it, nothing more, her service will stop there and you will be left to her assistant to handle!!! Just look at the number of listings she has! And if you are a buyer expect only to see her listings so she will make the bigger profit! We had no idea what we were getting into until it was to late! She does not present all offers to her sellers! Stay far far away, and save your self the headache and heart ache! Just take a simple look at her website and adds! Im sure you can ask any agent that has dealt with dahlin, its not a pleasant expierence for them either! Stay away! Diane dahlin should have her license taken away from her for her decieving real estate business practices.
