Pay for 1oo, ooo mile warrant only got 72,000

I purchased a Hundai Sanota, with a exstended warranty plan for an additional $1500, which according to the contract, should cover certain parts and maintenance for my vehichle for up to 5 years, or 100,000 miles. Whichever came first. There is absolutely nothing on the document which states that the vehicle will be covered for only 72,230 miles, up to 100,000 from its existing miles, or anything of this nature. The mileage on the vehicle at the time I purchased it was 27,770, which is duly noted on the document. The Financial officer with whom I dealt with, a Ms Dottie Dahlin, specifically told me, it would be good to get the extended warranty so I would be covered in case I had any maintenance difficulties for another 100,000 miles, which made sence at the time, so I did. Fortunately, I never had to use it until this year for a catalytic convertor, in April. And again in May when the left upper control arm broke. Everthing was okay during those times. My warranty covered most of the cost; I paid the co-pay, and I was satisfied with the results. It wasn't until I experienced some problems with my tramission on July 30, and I called Carefree Car Protection, and they refused to give authorization for repair because my car is over 100,000 miles it was no longer under warranty. I informed her that this was not true. I explained, that when Ms Dahlin sold me the vehicle, the Extended Warranty Plan I purchased for 1500 dollars specifically provided me with protection for 5years or 100,000 miles from the time I purchased the vehicle; and the milage at that time was 27,770, which means my warranty doesn't expire until another 27,000 miles. The representative then told me she had to call to find out, and call me back, but never did, so I took my vehicle to Goodyears Tires, and was told by a Certified Mechanic that my tranmission needed to be checked. But again, when the Manager called Carefree Car Protection, he was not given authorization for repair. They then had Ms Dottie Dahlin, call me, who compelled me to allow her to have my vehicle towed to the Pacific Honda Dealership. We went with the tow-truck to Pacific Honda, and was there from 4pm to 10:30 at night. Ms Dahlin informed me that the warranty people were not going to fix this cars' tranmission; not again. I then said to Ms Dahlin that I had not been informed during the purchase of this vehicle had ever had the tranmission repaired. I'd been asking do Ms Dahlin for the car fax on this vehicle since I purchased it in 2007 with the extended warranty, however she hasn't supplied me one to date. Ms Dahlin then asked did we have a ride home because the rental place was close, and come back in the morning. I informed her we had to work the next day, and she had our backs against the wall. She said, Debra I can put you in a new 2010 Honda Civic LX, with a 5500 tradein for my 2006 Sanota plus $800 down payment. I explained to Ms Dahlin that I could not afford this, but I needed to get to work. All I wanted was for them to honor my warranty plan like they agreed to at the time of my purchase. Ms Dahlin insisted that the best she could do was to put me into a new vehicle which I simply could not afford. I agreed to the purchase that night; but after careful consideration and legal advise, I returned the new vehicle on July 09, to much disappointment to Ms Dahlin, who had verbally told me that day, I could not return the vehicle because all sales are final. After bringing the new vehicle in and leaving it in their lot; I informed Ms Dahlin that I would be seeking civil remedy in response to the warranty issue for the Sanota, and I expected it to be repaired whenever they called me to pick it up. Approximately 3 to 4 days later, Ms Dahlin called and asked would i come to pick up the Sanota, and also sign the release of liability for the 2010 Honda. I asked had the Sanota been repaired, and she said that there wasn't anything wrong with it. I informed her that I no longer trusted her, and I would be there to pick up the vehicle when I can have someone qualified to accompany me and inspect the vehicle to make certain it was road worthy. Ms Dahlin threatened me with storage fees and other nonsense, before finally, after being unable to find anyone to accompany me; I retreived the vehicle on July 16. On July 20 Ms Dahlin failed to cancel the check originally written for the down payment, as I had requested of her. So, as of a direct result caused a total of over $600 in penalty fees for overdraft. And when I went in to give them proof of the damages they'd caused, a Mr. Joe Bottarini (General Sales Manager), was very unpleasant, stating that I had turned his new car into a used car. And told me to leave his office and deal with Dottie; which i found very disturbing, since it was Ms Dahlins' negligence, I felt, that had caused this foul up in the first place.
