It appears like on March 29 the Train Fee of Texas has released an order that Atmos Energy Company may charge its clients some type of a charge named WNA (Temperature Normalization Change) effective immediately. I came across that out after I obtained my Atmos Energy bill this month. Within the month of January my gasoline bill was $155.30 which $120.64 was for my real gasoline use of 14.0 MCF.in March I employed less gasoline, about 12,3 MCF and that's $105.99. But Atmos Energy included a $101.75 cost they contact WNA to my March 07 bill getting my complete statement to $253.80. After I named the organization to obtain what I percived to be always a huge error fixed. Alternatively I obtained a strict solution: Spend everything or your support is likely to be disconnected. The organization claims when the current weather is comfortable and that I employ less gasoline they'll alter my statement by the addition of WNA to it; in this instance $101.75. I employed 2.0 MCF less gasoline and that I am spending nearly $100.00 more. I'm still attempting to realize why Train fee might matter this kind of order.
